AFRICA
Feminine Star Africa started in 2009 as a passion to support young girls who got pregnant and dropped out of school in a village called Bodada.
In our attempt to curb the occurrence of such pregnancies and hep the girls to earn income and be self reliant, we thought it wise to organize seminars on sex education and engage them in pepper farming to earn income. After a year, we realized their interest were different and started helping one girl at a time to learn a trade or go back to school.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to impact the lives of women and children to realize their full potentials through creativity and innovation to bring about change and development to every community. We work in collaboration with educational stake holders, rural communities, community leader and families to collectively find sustainable solutions to educational and developmental issues. We believe educating a woman builds her capacity and confidence as well as create opportunities for her success.
