Rita Siaw - Founder
Ms Rita Siaw has nine (9) years experience in teaching and administrative work in Ghana Education Service. She won Bayport Teacher Innovation Competition in 2015 and the Most Innovative Teacher Award in 2016. She has trained 1,700 teachers with her innovative methodology Pragmatic Reading and Writing.
Rita worked for six (6) years as a volunteer radio talk show host focused on women and children, youth and health issues. She is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow under Civic Leadership track.
Rita Siaw also worked with Adanu, a non-profit focused building educational infrastructure in rural communities as the Associate Director for two years. Her hope is to empower women and girls to harness their inner power to reach and live their dreams.
Veronica Deladem Sunu - Director of Operations
Veronica has 4 years experience as a Broadcast Journalist. Her love for women empowerment lead to hosting shows with focus on women and girls development.
She demonstrates professionalism in her work and always ready to impact the lives of others at the slightest opportunity available to her. She aspire to be a renowned gender advocate. With her on our team, we can reach women and girls through diverse ways.
Henrietta Sindy Adiko - Executive Director
Sindy has ten years experience in teaching. She is currently the Head of English Department at Have Technical Institute. She is the first runner up of the 2018 Bayport Teacher Innovation Competition. She is passionate about women empowerment and always gives off her best to improve the lives of other women because she finds joy in doing so.
Josephine Kordegu - Education Coordinator
Josephine Kordegu is a very hardworking young lady who takes delight in working with children. She has two years experience as a pupil teacher and aspires to become a renowned educationist in the near future. She is currently in charge of our after school support project where she impacts the lives of children as the Education coordinator.
